Banana Bread

2 large eggs
1/3 c butter
1 oz milk
2 bananas, mashed
1 1/3 c bread flour
2/3 c sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped nuts

Put the wet ingredients in the bread pan. In a mixing bowl, mix
the dry ingredients and then add to the pan. Set to quick bread
setting. Use a spatula to scape down the sides of the pan after
mixing five minutes to eliminate flour pockets. Note: My regal
kitchen pro - over bakes this recipe so I tend to keep a close eye
on it in the latter stages of baking and remove the bread before
the cycle ends.

I searched long & hard fora regular banana bread recipe for the breadmaker - not a yeast bread, but a banana bread more like the originals Mom made. Found it!

The recipe turned out awsome, tasted really great, I first tryd it on 58min express setting it came out pretty good, Then I made it again on the 80 express option and it was perfect.
