Black Bread
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons cornmeal, coarsely ground
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup water, plus 3 tb
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Place all ingredients in machine and push start. Yield: 1 loaf
