Cheddar Cheese Bread
3 cups bread flour
1 cup milk or water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup cheddar, shredded
3/4 cup scallions, diced
Use sweet bread setting. At the beep, add cheese and scallions.
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
