TWO CHEESE BREAD
USE: Basic bread setting
MAKES: 2 lb loaf
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbl. butter of veg oil
1 egg
1 Tbl. sugar or honey
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup dry milk
1 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated (4 oz)
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1 Tbl. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp.dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given.
