Chocolate Bread
2/3 c milk
1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 T butter or margarine
2 1/2 c flour
3 T cocoa
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Process on sweet cycle. After 35 min add 3/4 c raisins.
This one is nice and chocolate-y. The original didn't have raisins,
but I added them. I suppose you could add chocolate chips, but do
it later so they don't melt or break up during mixing.
