Cinnamon Rolls 03

Cinnamon Rolls
4 T melted butter
4 T water
1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
1 C milk
1 egg
1 T sugar
4 C bread flour
2 pkgs yeast
softened butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 C brown sugar
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c butter
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp milk
Add all dough ingredients, run on sweet dough cycle or white bread
cycle. When done roll out into a 17 X 10 rectangle.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softeded butter over
dough. Sprinkle brown sugar mix over butter. Roll tightly, pinching
edges together to seal. Slice rolled dough into 1/2" slices.
Place into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes. Don't overbake. Combine frosting ingredients and spread
over warm rolls.
