Cinnamon Rolls (ABM)

1 package active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk, tepid
1/2 cup water, tepid
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg, room temperature

Place ingredients into bread pan according to manufacturer.

After the machine has completed the cycle, remove the dough onto
a lightly floured surface, roll or pat into a 12x9 inch rectangle.
Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter. Combine 6 tablespoons sugar, 1/4
cup chopped nuts and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
Starting with the shorter side, roll up tightly. Pinch edge to
seal. Cut into 12 slices. Place in greased 13x9 inch pan. Cover
and let rise until almost double in volume (20 to 30 minutes). Bake
at 375 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and blend until smooth. Drizzle over hot
baked rolls.
