Cinnamon Rolls 08

Cinnamon Rolls
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
2 tbl applesauce
1 tbl sugar
2 tbl brown sugar
3 cups flour
2 tbl powdered cinnamon (vary to taste)
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Let rise and remove from machine. Place in a ball on butcher paper
(wax side up) and cut away about 1/3 cup of dough. Stretch out to
about 8", roll up and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350F for about 22 minutes.
ICING
1/2 stick butter
2 c powdered sugar
little canned milk
Melt butter, add sugar and stir with a whisk. Add a little milk to
get the desired consistency and brush/spoon over cooled rolls.
