Coconut-Pineapple Wheat Bread
1 pk yeast
3 c whole wheat flour
1/2 ts salt
1 tb brown sugar
1 ts vanilla
1 tb oil
1/2 C crushed pineapple, drained, liquid reserved
3 tb pineapple juice
3/4 c plus 3 tb water
1/2 c shredded coconut (optional)
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole
wheat" and push "start."
