CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD
Large Loaf (1 1/2 lb/3 cup machine or 2 lb/4 cup machine)
1 cup milk, room temperature 250 mL
1 egg, beaten 1
1 tbsp butter or margarine 15 mL
3 cups white bread flour 750 mL
1 tbsp sugar 15 mL
2 tsp grated orange rind 10 mL
1 tsp salt 5 mL
3/4 cup dried cranberries 175 mL
2 tsp bread machine yeast 10 mL
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's
directions. Select white cycle.
