Cranberry Yeast Bread

2 pound loaf

1 cup water + 3 Tbsp, (70-80 degrees F)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

In bread machine pan, place the first 7 ingredients in order
suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust
color and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions.
Just before final kneading (at fruit/nut signal), add cranberries
and orange peel. Do not use delay timer.
