Cuban Bread
1 1/2 Pound Loaf
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons active dry yeast
Add ingredients to machine according to your bread machine
instructions. Note: I use the light bread setting and the crust is
baked to a golden brown.
