Dinner rolls

1 1/2 LB machine 24 rolls

1 1/2 tsp. yeast (I used 1 pkg.)
3 C Bread flour
3/4 C Milk
1/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 egg

1 LB recipe (15 rolls)

1 tsp. yeast
2 C. Bread flour
1/2 C Milk
3 TB. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1 egg

Measure ingredients into machine. Select dough cycle. When complete
remove from machine. Use immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and
refrigerate up to 24 hrs.(let sit in room temp 30 min before using)

Divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape as desired. Cover with damp
cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled (20 min). Bake in
preheated oven 400F for 15 min.
