French Bread (ABM)

1 1/2 Pound Loaf

9 1/2 ounces water
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons active dry or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast

Crusty on the outside but chewy on the inside. Assemble ingredients
according to particular bread machine. Program for Basic or Rapid
bake cycle.
