French Bread
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add liquid ingredients, dry ingredients, and yeast to the bread
pan in the order recommended by your bread machine. Select setting
to "French." Change crust color as desired. If using delayed
timer, reduce water by 1 tablespoon.
