ABM Garlic Bread
1 cup water
2 tablespoons water
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 teaspoon sweet basil
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
Add in order recomended for your ABM, set to light crust and rapid
cycle.
For 1 lb loaf:
3/4 c water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 c bread flour plus 1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Parmesan, freshly grated
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
