Garlic Bread-ABM
1.5 lb. loaf
3/4 cup water
2 cups plus 1 tablespoon bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Use basic bread setting. The author of the recipe says he has used
as much as 1 tablespoon of fresh garlic. It was strong, but the
house smelled great.
