HARD ROLLS (ABM)

1 1/4 cups warm water
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour, (up to 3 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Upon completion of dough cycle, remove dough. Form rolls, place on
a greased baking sheet, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm,
draft-free location for 30-40 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 400 oven 12-15 minutes.
