Hawaiian Bread - 1 Pound Loaf

3/4 cup water plus 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon Crisco oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon liquid or granular lecithin
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons powdered whey
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, shredded
3 tablespoons dried pineapple, finely chopped
3 tablespoons dried papaya or mango, finely chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted macadamia or walnut or almonds, finely chopped

Put all except coconut, fruit and nuts in inner pan in order listed,
or reverse order depending on your machine. Select fruit and nut
setting, or equivalent of your machine. Add rest of ingredients
just before second kneading is finished, or when your machine beeps
(if you used fruit and nut setting, in my case it's called specialty
bread setting).
