bread flour 1 1/2 cups 2 1/4 cups 3 cups
nonfat dry milk 2 Tbsp 3 Tbsp 1/4 cup
yeast 1 tsp 1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp
At the beep (20-30 minutes in to a regular 4 hour cycle) add:
macadamia nuts
chopped 1/2 cup 3/4 cup 1 cup
egg substitute 1/4 cup 6 Tbsp 1/2 cup
