Milk Bread
7/8 cup warm milk (7 ounces)
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
Add all ingredients to pan in order suggested by machine manufacturer.
Select "Basic/Specialty" bread setting; crust color "light/medium"
or as desired.
Makes a 1 lb loaf.
