	Oat Honey 02

		Honey Oat Bread 1 cup water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup rolled oats 2 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon active dry yeast Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer. Select light crust or basic setting. Start. Makes one 1 pound loaf.

The recipe was easy to follow and the bread came out very good. The first time I followed it exactly and it was too dense. The second time I added more yeast and it was one of the best loaves of bread I've ever made!
