Oatmeal Bread
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 c rolled oats, whirred in blender
3 c bread flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp soft butter
1 1/4 to 1 3/4 c warm water
Grind the rolled oat in a blender (or food processor) till fine.
Add all ingredients in the order listed. This recipe uses a lot
of water, but makes an excellent textured bread. Select white
bread and push start.
