OUTRAGEOUSLY OATMEAL
10 oz water
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tbsp dry milk
1 1/2 Tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp gluten (optional)
Watch the dough during the initial mixing and kneading cycles and
add water or flour as needed. Dough should be a nice smooth ball.
