SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Breads Machine >> Pizza Dough 01    Pizza Dough 01 Pizza Crust 1 1/8 cup warm water 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp. olive oil 3 3/8 cup bread flour 1 Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp yeast Put all ingredients in bread maker in the order as directed by your ABM. Let it go through the knead and first rise cycles. Refrigerate the dough until 1 hour before you need it. Best if let to rest in the refrigerator for awhile. Spread dough on your favorite pan.
