Print this Recipe    Pizza Dough 01

Pizza Crust

1 1/8 cup warm water
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp. olive oil
3 3/8 cup bread flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

Put all ingredients in bread maker in the order as directed by your
ABM. Let it go through the knead and first rise cycles. Refrigerate
the dough until 1 hour before you need it. Best if let to rest in
the refrigerator for awhile. Spread dough on your favorite pan.
Top with the usual and bake 12 - 14 minutes in a well preheated
475 degree oven.

this is the recipe i always use for pizza. for v-day i made little heart shaped pizzas using this dough and cookie cutters. turned out great.

It wound up being a very thick crust for a 14" pan I will be more apt to make less next time but the taste was very good.
