Pizza Dough (Bread Machine)
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place ingredients in pan in order listed. Select DOUGH cycle.
When cycle is finished, remove dough and roll out pizza Makes 2
12in regular crust pizzas or 1 16-in deep dish pizza. Bake 18-20
minutes or until crust is light brown at 400 F.
