Potato Bread for ABM
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes or 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the
manufacturer. Add enough water to make a firm dough use less if
leftover potatoes are used. Bake at regular bread cycle.
