Pumpernickel Bread
Makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons molasses
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons cocoa
Place ingredients into the bread machine in order suggested by the
manufacturer. Use the the Light Crust or Whole Wheat settings.
Start the machine
