Black Forest Pumpernickel
1 1/2 lb loaf
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 C bread flour
1 C rye flour
1 C whole wheat flour
3 Tb cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons corn oil
1/2 C molasses
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 1/8 C warm water
2 tablespoons warm water
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature
before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.
Select "white bread", and press "start".
