Pumpkin Bread
1 pkg. yeast
3 C. bread flour
1/2 C wheat flour
1 1/2 TB butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 1/3 C warm water
1/4 C orange juice
1/2 C pumpkin
Add to machine, select white bread.
Try it with orange rind, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. ginger
instead of the pumpkin pie spice.
