CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD
MAKES: 2 LB LOAF
1 1/8 cup warm water
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbl. butter or vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup dry milk
3 Tbl. sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp.dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given.
