Follow your usual recipe for making bread. I use the rapid setting so I have bread within 2 hours, ready to eat.


Omit the warm water by using WARM SWEET POTATO WATER:
Boil 3 kumera in 1 litre water until mushy
drain and strain through strainer

keep the rest of the water in the fridge
until needed for next time (warm up in
microwave)

Use extra sugar in recipe, I use 3/4 of a cup in my bread recipe.

When beeper goes, after rising, brush on melted butter, then bake.

After beeper goes when finished, remove loaf, wrap in damp teatowel until cool.

I bake this every day for my boys, they just love it.
