Rice Bread

450 ml water
3 cups rice flour
3 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons molasses
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

I have less experience with Rice bread but have had fewer problems.
I have been thinking of using less water, 400 Ml, to see how it
works. The rice bread is best served hot. This same recipe seems
to work well with most flours which don't have gluten in them.

The bread maker in our house is not me, the comments above are his.

I toast the bread once it is cold. We had to use Xantham Gum when
I became allergic to Guar Gum (which is usually used), Guar Gum is
a soy-bean related product.
