Strass Rye Bread
1 c rye or oat flour
1 1/2 c bread flour
1/4 c cracked wheat
1 Tbsp molasses
1 egg
1 Tbsp oil
grated zest of 1/2 orange
1 tsp salt
2 tsp fennel or anise seeds
1/2 c water
1/2 c buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Put in mixing bin in order of your machine and push start.
