Fluffy Rye Bread
1 1/2 lb. loaf
1 1/8 C. water
4 tsp. butter
2 1/4 C. bread flour
3/4 C. rye flour
2 1/2 tbs. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbs. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. bread machine yeast OR
3 tsp. active dry yeast
1/8 C. gluten or 3 tbs. Rye Bread Improver
I bake this one on a "basic" setting, medium crust.
