100 Crunch Bread (Machine) - Large Loaf
1 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp water
3 cup wheat bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp gluten
2 Tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup seeds
2 tsp fast rise or machine yeat or 3 tsp active dry yeast
