SOURDOUGH DILL AND ONION RYE
1 t yeast
2 1/3 c bread flour
1/4 c rye flour
1 tb lecithin granules
1 tb gluten
1 t salt
1 t dill weed (dried)
1 t dried onion flakes
1/2 c water
1 c sourdough starte
Bake on the regular bake cycle.
Starter: 2c all purpose flour, 2 c warm water, 1 pk yeast. Combine,
cover and leave on counter overnight.
