SOURDOUGH BREAD
1 pk yeast
3 c bread flour
1 t salt
1 t sugar
1 c water
1 c sourdough starter
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed. Select either
the white or French bread setting, turn the brown control on the
side all the way up to the darkest setting and push start. Use
regular cycle.
At 2,500-foot altitude, remove 2 tbs. bread flour and substitute
it with 2 tbs. Gluten.
