Mock Sour Dough Bread (ABM)
1 1/2 Pound Loaf
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast, bread machine
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to
manufacturer's directions. Select white or French cycle.
