Mock Sourdough
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup milk
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White
Bread". Press "Start".
