Basic Sour Dough Bread
1 1/2 lb recipe
1 1/4 C starter
1/3 C water
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp salt
3 C bread flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1 lb
2/3 C starter
1/4 C water
1 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
2 C bread flour
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Add all to pan and and set at white bread cycle. (medium/normal
color).
For a change of pace you could try adding 2 Tbsp of sunflower
seeds.
