Multi-Grain Soybean Bread

2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soybean flour
1 1/2 teaspoons nonfat powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cornmeal
1/3 cup bran flakes
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon whole millet
1/2 cup soybeans, soaked overnight and drained
1 1/2 teaspoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's
directions.

All ingredients should be at room temperature, unless otherwise
noted in the recipe.

Ingredients should be added to your bread machine according to the
directions given in the owner's manual.

Always use powdered milk when using the timer on your machine.

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf
