2 cups spelt flour 3 cups
1 tsp yeast 1-1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp sea salt 3/4 tsp
1 tbsp lecithin or vegetable oil 1-1/2 Tbsp
3/4 cup apple juice 1 cup + 2 Tbsp

I've tried about a half a dozen recipes to make bread with spelt flour in a bread machine, and this worked the best for me. It makes beautiful loaves, it toasts nicely, and uses simple ingredients. Sometimes I add 1/4 cup of quick oatmeal for a little added texture.

The bread was very good. I had to replace the apple juice with black cherry cranberry juice because that is all I had but it still turned out very good. Thank You!
