SPICE BREAD
1 1/2 pound loaf
1/2 c raisins
3/4 c milk
1/2 tb maple syrup
2 tb butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c bread flour + 2T
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 tb orange peel
1/2 ts nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 ts yeast
You may hold out the rasins and put them in when the machine beeps if
you use the raisin setting on the machine.
