White Bread
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup water
Add ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on
white bread cycle on light setting. Very soft white bread with a
crusty exterior.
