ABM Luscious White Bread
3/4 cup milk 1 cup
1 egg 1 1/2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter 2 1/2 tablespoon
3 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup
1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon
2 cups white bread flour 3 cups
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast 2 1/2 teaspoons
Add wet ingredients first, dry ingredients second, and yeast last
or according to manufacturers directions.
First set of amounts is for a 1 pound loaf, second set is for 1
1/2 pound loaf.
