Light Whole Wheat Bread
1 1/2 lb loaf 1 lb loaf
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 1/2 teaspoons
1 2/3 cups bread flour 1 cups + 2 tablespoons
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour 1 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoons
3 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons
1 1/4 cups water 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by you bread machine
manual and start.
