Whole Wheat Bread

2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons gluten
1 tablespoon barley malt liquid
1 tablespoon dry milk
7/8 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon lecithin granules

Dump yeast, dry ingredients, then liquid in pan. Bake on regular
bake cycle. Can also be baked on rapid.
