AMARETTO and ALMOND MUFFINS
2/3 cup sour milk
3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 400F and grease muffin pans. Put the first five
ingredients into a bowl and mix well, then add the remaining
ingredients and blend until just mixed. Put into pans and bake for
15-20 minutes. Makes 12.
