FONDUE CHEESE MUFFINS
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp melted margarine
3 Tbsp kirsch
1 cup grated gruyeye cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Put the first 4 ingredients
into a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend
until just mixed. Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
